Owner and head chef Saundy Barahona had the vision to create a culinary fusion between traditional Mexican food and Honduran cuisine.

Originally from Flores, Comayagua, Honduras, Saundy studied traditional Honduran foods and preparation methods with a desire to create something better. With years of experience and experiments in preparation methods and taste fusion, she has perfected her vision and is now ready for you to enjoy her success. Saundy is creating the "New Traditional" restaurant.
